      <title>The Disgusting Yet United Little Locusts</title>
      <description>	If asked, many people would say that Roaches are the most disgusting of all insects.  I would almost agree with that statement.  However, those who say this obviously haven&#8217;t seen a Locust.  They are disgusting on top of disgusting.  Despite this, the Bible actually paints them in a positive light in at least one passage.  Proverbs 30: 27 says: &#8220;The Locusts have no King, yet go they forth all of them in bands.&#8221;
	As we continue with our series examining the God&#8217;s wise creatures of Proverbs 30, we want to see what it is that the Locust has to offer. Please join me as we take a closer look at the Disgusting, yet united little Locust.

      <title>Will You Make Or Break A Heart?</title>
      <description>	I&#8217;m sure that you have noticed that there is a difference in the attitude with which we approach Mother&#8217;s Day, as opposed to that with which we approach Father&#8217;s Day. On Mother&#8217;s Day, the preacher often speaks lovingly of the strength of Mother&#8217;s, and the wonderful inspiration which they are to all of us. On Father&#8217;s Day however, we preachers examine how Father&#8217;s can do better.
	Seeing that I have just this past Monday become a Father for the second time, I thought that I would try something different. Instead of beating Dad up, I thought we might try to build him up. In this lesson, I hope to open your eyes to the fact that Daddies have hearts, and that they can be broken. Not only can they be broken, but fortunately they can also be put back together. For the next few moments, we want to help you to decide if you want to make or break your Father&#8217;s heart. Obviously this lesson carries a double meaning, for just as you can either make or break your earthly father&#8217;s heart, so to can you affect the heart of your Heavenly father.
	Please click the download link, and join me as we study the very familiar passage from Luke 15: 11-24.

      <title>What A Wonderful Church We Could Be!</title>
      <description>	One of the scariest words in the English language is potential. In this word, we see so much in the way of hope and expectation. There are so many who have so much potential, but because they are scared, or weak, or lazy, they let that potential go to waist.
	In this lesson, using the well-known passage found in Acts 2: 36-47, we want to consider how wonderful the church would be if we were to live up to our full potential. We will examine the way that the early church conducted itself, and thusly the way in which we ought to conduct ourselves if we are to bee all that God intends for us to be.
	Please click the download link, and join me as we try to become all that God wants us to be. As always, please feel free to email me with any questions which you might have. Also, you are more than welcome to leave any comments you might have about the lessons, the site, or anything else.

      <title>It Is So Easy To Be A Christian</title>
      <description>In the world in which we live, comfort is king. We have remote controls, microwave ovens, and something called people gliders. We are all about those things which make life easy.
Unfortunately, that same attitude seems to now exist in the church of our Lord. There are so many who are doing so little. From this preachers perspective, it sure looks easy for some to be Christians.
In This lesson, we examine two things which make it so easy for these people. My goal is to help you to see that it isn't about the efforts of one or two, but the church as a whole that will make the difference. Please click on the link which says down load, and let's examine ways in which we can begin to pitch in and help in the work of the Lord. </description>

      <title>THE CONGREGATIONAL OBLIGATION</title>
      <description>	Two weeks ago, I examined the ministerial obligation. We looked at the fact that a minister is obligated to serve as an example to the congregation with which he works. In fact, he is to be an example in the word, the work, and in the way.
	Just as a minister will have certain responsibilities to the church, the congregation will also have an obligation to their minister. In this lesson, we learn what it means for a congregation to &#8220;H-E-L-P&#8221; their preacher. If you have ever wondered how you can help in the work of the minister, then please click the link above, and learn what you can and should do. As always, I invite you to please feel free to email me with any questions which you might have concerning what I have to say. The scriptures encourage us to: &#8220;But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:&#8221; (1Peter 3: 15)

      <title>Breaking Down The Beginning</title>
      <description>	Over the years, there have been some truly amazing opening lines which have been put to paper. From Charles Dickens, to Herman Melville, to Jane Austen, there have been opening lines which have stood the test of time, and continue even to this day to be quoted.
	However, there is without question one opening line which stands above the rest.  That line is, &#8220;In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.&#8221;  In this way so begins the greatest book known to man.  Unlike other books, the Bible provides an amazing amount of information in its opening words.  Today, we want to examine these opening words, and learn what it is that God has to say to us.  Join me as we, &#8220;BREAK DOWN THE BEGINNING.&#8221;

      <title>Finding Your Ministry</title>
      <description>From a very young age, I have been told that we all have problems. Some are too tall, while others are too short. Some are to thin, and others are not. Some have disabilities, which we can see, and some have disabilities, which are hidden inside.
	No, the question is not, "Do you have problems?" Instead, the question is, "What do you do with them?" In this lesson, we examine the idea that your mess can become your ministry. Anything that has you down can be used to lift someone else up! Please, if you are struggling and wondering why God has placed certain obstacles in your path, click on the link below, and let's see if we can discover the reason for those obstacles. Join me as we attempt to, "FIND YOUR MINISTRY."

      <title>Building Better Christian Attitudes By Using the BEATITUDES </title>
      <description>One of the first things that we as people notice about those whom we come into contact with is their attitude. If it is good, then we want to get to know that person and spend more time around them. However, on the other side of the coin, if it is a bad attitude, or even a false attitude, then we look to avoid those people.
In the following lesson, we will examine the Sermon on the Mount. In Matthew 5: 3-10, we see the blueprints for building better Christian attitudes, by using the BEATITUDES. As you listen to this lesson, please follow along in the Bible. Also, keep in mind that the Beatitudes are what we want our attitude to be. Click on the following link, and let's begin building our better Christian attitudes.

      <title>I Don't Care!</title>
      <description>There is a current anti-smoking advertisement, which takes an interesting approach. The add is from the smokers point of view. It begins with a man who is a smoker saying that he understands that smoking will turn his teeth yellow and make his clothes smell bad. However, he says that he doesn't care, because that is why they make toothpaste and washing machines.
Further more, he says that he is aware of the fact that smoking might kill him, but he doesn't care. He states that everyone has to die from something.
Finally, he puts forth the idea that while he understands that second hand smoke is bad for those around him, he doesn't care. He says that if he doesn't care about himself, then how can we expect him to care about those around him.
Unfortunately, this, "I Don't Care Attitude", is present in more areas of our lives than just in terms of giving up smoking. It can often be seen in the lives of those who call themselves Christians. In the following lesson, we examine the Christians, "I Don't Care Attitude", as it concerns the issue of sin. Please click on the following link, and join us as we try to improve the way we view ourselves.
